La colocation est un mode d’investissement immobilier qui est régi par une jurisprudence assez fluctuante.
Ainsi, il devient indispensable de connaître la définition juridique de la colocation.
Tout simplement parce que la 1ère chose qu’un locataire va faire lorsqu’il conteste des éléments du contrat de bail, ça va être de faire vérifier par une avocat la validité de son contrat.
Si le contrat de bail de colocation n’est pas valable, il y a nullité de cet acte et ça légitime par exemple le fait que le locataire ne doit pas payer son loyer.
